3. Terms of use
Accessing the site makes you a user and implies acceptance of this legal notice. The user agrees to use the site in accordance with the law, in good faith and with this notice, and to refrain from:
- Using its contents for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm others.
- Introducing or spreading malicious code, or doing anything that could damage, disable or overload the site or prevent its normal use.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

Reproducing, distributing, publicly communicating, transforming or otherwise exploiting it without the owner's express written permission is prohibited. The projects shown are published as samples of work done; clients' trademarks belong to their respective owners.
5. Liability
Dakubo tries to keep the information published accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or that the site is available without interruption. The prices the quote configurator shows are indicative estimates, generated from the options the user picks: they are neither a binding offer nor a firm quote, which is always delivered in writing and separately.
Dakubo is not liable for damage arising from the use of the site, or from the use the user makes of the information on it.
6. Links to third parties
The site may link to third-party pages. Dakubo does not control their contents and takes no responsibility for them; visiting them is the user's sole responsibility and subject to each destination's own terms.
7. Personal data and cookies
How personal data is handled is described in the privacy policy, and the use of cookies and local storage in the cookie policy.
8. Changes
Dakubo reserves the right to change the presentation, configuration and contents of the site, and this legal notice, at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the update date shown above.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
This relationship is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts with jurisdiction under the law in Spain; where the user is a consumer, the courts of their place of residence have jurisdiction.
